I missed the Sunday Support this past weekend. And I still haven’t posted.
The truth? Life is happening.
We’re designing a kitchen (which is both exciting and draining).
My baby has been a big baby lately — clingy, fussy, and wrestling through every diaper change.
My oldest is still adjusting to school routines.
I’m coming down with something.
And PMDD is whispering the usual lies — that I’m a bad mom.
I know that isn’t true. But when you’re in the luteal phase, knowing and feeling are very different things.
The plus side? My spouse has been unfailing in his support. He is my anchor when I start to drift.
So, yes — the posting schedule may feel weird for a bit. That’s not failure. That’s just reality.
If your week feels messy too, here’s your reminder: you’re not alone. Find your anchor, however small. It could be a partner, a playlist, a cup of tea, or just stepping outside for fresh air.
